Samran Habib is also known for the Implementation of AX2012 at ACWA Pipe with two industrial plants. As a senior consultant, I worked closely with the business on the project. My management skills helped me find several severe flaws in the Finance, T&L, and Production FRDs. I also introduced them to additional requirements in the FRDs.
Gallery design is another worth mentioning project. It was a project of implementation in four connected enterprises with furniture manufacture, import, showroom, and project sales in three Gulf nations, with six showrooms. Working as a functional consultant, change agent, end users’ trainer, and business process re-engineering consultant, I took over a failing AX2012 deployment in Gallery Design as Lead Functional Consultant and had the finance, T&L, and production modules up and operating in 9 months.
